Pickup Request Form

*All pick up requests must be received by 5PM in ensure pick-up for the following day
*Bill of lading must be submitted online or electronically before our driver arrives to pick up your freight otherwise charges may apply
*A $50 “truck not used” fee will be charged for any cancelled pick up that has been dispatched
